High Point yoga classes are currently meeting outside at the outdoor wall.
There will be no hands-on adjustments at this time.
12 spots are available per session on a first come, first served basis.
High Point group fitness classes will meet in the yoga studio.
7:00 PM: Aaron – Breath, Spine, and Core Foundations
6:00 PM: Tiffany – Vinyasa
6:00 PM: Adam – Strength & Conditioning Group Fitness
6:00 PM: Crystal – Power Flow
6:00 PM: Taylor – Power Yoga
