Anita Khuti – Vinyasa
Namaste, I am Anita Khuti, and I have been teaching yoga for the past several years in Huntsville.
Yoga is the ancient practice of building flexibility and mindfulness that helps us manage our daily lives. During each class, I will teach my students various postures and breathing techniques to strengthen their physical bodies, while also calming their minds.
I teach Vinyasa yoga, also known as “flow” yoga. It is a style of yoga that focuses on smooth and connected transitions between a multitude of poses, thereby increasing agility and strength. Each movement is taught with a focus on synchronizing movement the breath, enabling students to concentrate on the present and increase their awareness and focus.
My classes will consist of a mixture of gentle postures that slowly ease students into adopting correct movements, to more intensive power poses to build stamina and strength.
Yoga is a very important part of my life; it has helped me deal with stress and helped me become a healthier and happier person. Thank you for checking out my bio, I hope to see you in one of my classes.
