Fitness and Yoga Classes are Back!June 24, 2020 | By: High Point Climbing
We’re happy to start providing our members with our yoga and fitness classes starting the week of July 6th! We’re taking some new precautions to ensure the health and safety of our members and guests, here’s what’s changing!
YOGA: Monday Vinyasa with Anita will be moved to the grassy area next to the Outdoor Wall from 7-8PM. Strong Flow with Jim and Vinyasa Flow with Delisa will be from 7-8PM in our Multi-purpose room on Wednesday and Thursdays. Indoor class sizes will be limited to the first 12 participants to provide safe social distancing and we ask that you please provide your own yoga mat for all of our yoga classes.
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING: Class time has changed to 5:30-6:15PM on Tuesdays! Class size will be limited 8 participants to ensure safe social distancing in our Training Area.
MOBILITY MONDAY: We will be pushing our class start time to early August. Jessie will be revamping her class dynamic and we can’t wait to show you what she’s working on!
