Whether you’ve climbed before or are looking to learn, these FREE clinics are designed to help people living with, but not limited to, amputations, cerebral palsy, spinal injuries, visual impairment or any other physical disability. All ages are welcome!

Check your current hangboard technique or learn everything you need to know to get started! Topics include safety, basic premises, technique and protocol to get the most out of your hangboard sessions.
V3-V4 or 5.11 and up climbing proficiency is recommended to participate.

Ladies’ Night

Ladies Night at High Point Birmingham

Ladies’ Night is coming up in Bham!

Get ready to climb with a HIIT yoga warm up with Stephanie, hang out in the Bouldering Room with Birmingham climbing team coach and routesetter Kayla as she shares some lady-specific tips and tricks, and cool down with a restorative yoga flow!

We’ll have a BYOW wine(d)-down session and free pizza with cool down yoga. So if you’re 21+, bring your favorite climbing and yoga wine pairing!

No climbing or yoga experience necessary, free for members, and 1/2 price Day Passes for ladies after 6pm!

March Homeschool Day

Homeschool Day at High Point Birmingham

March 22 • 8am-3pm

Half price Day Passes and FREE rental gear for homeschoolers and their families! All ages and abilities can participate. Challenge yourself in a unique and exciting environment!

Everyone, including parents and chaperones, must fill out a facility waiver. Anyone under 19 must have a waiver completed by their parent or legal guardian. Waivers can be filled out at the gym or online in advance here.

Mastering the MoonBoard

MoonBoard Clinic at High Point Birmingham

Whether you’ve been climbing on a MoonBoard for years or just starting out, there’s always room to improve your training! Basic rules and fundamentals of the MoonBoard will be covered, as well as holds, finger specifics, foot tension and body positioning.
V3-V4 or 5.11 and up climbing proficiency is recommended to participate.
