Kaylee’s class is based mostly on the floor. If you are hoping to take it slow and really connect your breathe to your body, this is the class for you. Open to all levels of students, this class is more about quieting the mind with soft music, and using props to open the body.

Natalie’s Creative, flowing sequences to groovin’ tunes link postures with breath – with a goal to challenge, play, and explore!  We’ll close with a quiet meditation to soak up the clarity, and tune in. This class welcomes all levels, though a basic understanding of postures is helpful.

Whether you’re a beginner or longstanding practitioner, this yoga class will suit you. Variations for all levels are offered. Movements flow from one to the next, matched to the breath. The class builds strength, balance and awareness. Elements of breath work and meditation are weaved into all classes. Students will leave energized, with a sense of calm.

Lyndsey’s yoga classes are very transitional based on the group of folks that come in each week. In her words, “I like to listen to people in what their body tells them that they need. Lisa’s yoga class is a slow flow with attention to being present, breathing fully, aligning physical and mental intentions, and non-judgmental positive thinking. “With the use of props to both support the body and help the body ease into more challenging postures, I have learned that yoga is for every body and every body can practice yoga.”

Kaylee’s classes are for all experience levels, from beginner to seasoned yoga students. The 6:15am class will be a slow vinyasa or movement oriented class. Usually a slow build up to a master pose and then a cool down.
