Whether you’re a beginner or longstanding practitioner, this yoga class will suit you. Variations for all levels are offered. Movements flow from one to the next, matched to the breath. The class builds strength, balance and awareness. Elements of breath work and meditation are weaved into all classes. Students will leave energized, with a sense of calm.

Brews Over Broad is a member meet up at High Point Downtown on March 25 form 6:30pm – 9:30pm. Come check out multiple local breweries and hear some great blue grass music all on the outdoors decks. Your not gonna want to miss this!

Lisa’s yoga class is a slow flow with attention to being present, breathing fully, aligning physical and mental intentions, and non-judgmental positive thinking. “With the use of props to both support the body and help the body ease into more challenging postures, I have learned that yoga is for every body and every body can practice yoga.”

Kaylee’s class is based mostly on the floor. If you are hoping to take it slow and really connect your breathe to your body, this is the class for you. Open to all levels of  students, this class is more about quieting the mind with soft music, and using props to open the body.

Kaylee’s classes are for all experience levels, from beginner to seasoned yoga students. The 6:15am class will be a slow vinyasa or movement oriented class. Usually a slow build up to a master pose and then a cool down.

Wesley’s classes are for all experience levels, from beginner to seasoned yoga students. The 7pm class will be less movement and more sitting in or lying in relaxing restorative shapes to allow the parasympathetic nervous system to engage. Allowing for a nurturing and relaxing class.
